What
will JUST ASK charge?
Each projected will be
discussed and quoted individually according to the work
and hours required.
How
many calls will JUST ASK make?
We guarantee to make a minimum of 40 calls in
a half day session or 80 calls in a full day session.
This call number can (and often does) rise due to the
fact that on many occasions we will reach answer machines
and voicemails, this obviously makes for a very short
call and so we ask our clients to supply us with at
least 50-60 leads for a half day session or 90-100 for
a full day session
How
many hours will you work?
We do not believe in trying to speak to people
first thing in the morning as soon as they arrive in
the office or just as they are packing up to leave.
So our times range
between 9.30- 4.30 or evenings 5.30-8pm
Half session last – 3 ½ hours
Full session last – 7 hours
Unless it is required
for a project to be finished in one day to reach a deadline
we would normally split the session over two days so
as to sound fresh on each call.
Do
JUST ASK
do Call Backs?
Yes we do. You usually find people are on voice
–mail or engaged or there is no answer. We have
a list to get through and to get results. We tried at
least three times at different times of the day to make
sure we do our best to contact the person or number.
What databases do JUST ASK work
from?
We ask our clients to provide us their lists
in an Excel format. In some cases clients have provided
us with remote access to their databases and we have
worked directly from them. We are happy to do this,
however this can be very time consuming and extra time
should be allowed for in putting into their data base.
How do JUST ASK report back their
results?
During our project we will work through your
excel sheet, and add notes into a “Just Ask Update”
column. At the same time we will cleanse the data base
and any updates or changes will be done and shown in
bold. (New telephone numbers, changes in staff etc)
We use a colour coded system in the sheet, highlighting
any successful sales appointments booked in red, any
contacts who say no in grey and any who we feel are
a “hot prospect” for a future call in orange.
At the end of our call session we will email this sheet
to you for your records.
During your project we will be in constant
contact and will keep you informed of any important
leads and appointments generated. We like building a
close working relationship with our clients so that
they feel confident that we not only working for them
but with them.
Do JUST ASK source leads?
Due to the TPS (Telephone Preference Service) we only work on client’s own data base or one that is purchased from
a data company complying with the TPS scheme. Please talk to June in more detail about other data if required.
Can JUST ASK obtain a database?
Yes we do have various data-base companies that
we work with. We can always obtain data to to meet the
criteria your require. Depending on type and quantity
will depend on the cost. This can be discussed with
you.
Will JUST ASK keep our Data safe?
All work done by Just Ask will be in the strictest
confidence. Any data bases obtained or used will not
be sold or passed on to any other company or organisation.
All Just Ask Staff sign a confidentiality agreement
and once work has been completed the data will be erased
from any Just Ask Records.
Will JUST ASK work on a commission
only basis?
Very rarely, it depends on the product and the
service. It will be at the discretion of the Director
as to whether this work is taken on.
Can JUST ASK start tomorrow?
Normally we like to speak in more detail with
our client to find out what is required of us. If possible
we can start within 24hrs of our call.
What are JUST ASK payment terms?
Our payment terms are seven days. We will invoice
you at the end of the week in which we completed your
call sessions.
Does JUST ASK charge a Booking Fee?
We charge £75 per day booking fee which is refundable at the end of the project or carried onto the next project.
However if final balances are not made within the 7 day terms the booking fee will not be returned.
Does JUST ASK charge a Cancellation Fee?
Once work has been book and time reserved - Please note we charge 100% for cancellations within 5 working days.
This is because we may well have turned down work to honour your booking and we cannot replace work within that time.
Do
JUST ASK Charge for the phone calls like other tele-marketing
companies?
All National and International calls are Free
of Charge
All 0870 and 0800 calls are Free of Charge
No calls made to 0844 or premium lines or mobile phones.
